Easy to write but difficult to live in real

While going through all my posts since the beginning, I just realized that I have been writing about life, lessons,  twists and turns and unimaginable changes that comes across us. But today I feel I never understood what is exactly Life

When I look down my memories and thoughts, today I feel..I am the only one who could never understand the changes happening around me. May be I name these changes the zigzags of life or some unending paths of life.

On looking towards my dreams and aspirations of life, everything seemed to be well planned and systematized  but still there is a lot that comes over like a bomb that doesn't even give a breathing space and you end up solving the wholesome trouble that arrived like a blast. That's how life happens. All taught lessons and remembrance of God comes over to help in solving the trouble  but still everything doesn't turn back to according to our thoughts. At times we feel very adamant and particular about our life and its moments but destiny counts its own ways. All the practical planned thoughts go in vain when path changes and people around you change for good or bad.

All in all ..I realized its easier to write what life is but difficult to survive in the real world where nothing is planned and we should be all set to run the race of life happily ever after.

Lizards out this Summer

Everyone knows lizards are a widespread group of reptiles with varied range of species in them. Lizards are amongst the most common animals and reptiles found in our house especially in summer season. Although they tend to hibernate in winter season a bit, but summers go horrible in seeing them. As those hot summers approach fast lizards tend to get out of their holes and tube light stands off to our room walls.

Earlier we use to find lizards only on the walls of the rooms, but moving with a pace of the Gen Next lizards have started moving on the floor too. With their fast and advance movements in summer season, people who mostly react to these movements are the ladies and girls of the house.
But those tiny creature lizards tend to come on floor only when the floor movement is less in the room. After all, they are also scared of giant human characters like us. The fear with both humans and lizards is not unhidden but on a real fact it’s truly visible from humans end. It’s just that the reaction varies from a person to person depending on the intensity of fear and heat of movement.
Some of these reactions actually vary from different age groups and gender too. Like after seeing a lizard we have different reactions of a girl when in different age groups

A girl when in her teenage generally starts screaming. A little grown up and years of experience in seeing a lizard on the room wall, a girl starts screaming but still tries hard to push the lizard out of the room by jumping alongside. Going ahead in her years the girl gets married and becomes a lady is still scared of the lizard but pretends not to be. The lady does not shout, but still tries her best to keep away and scare the lizard using a Broom in hand. The lady then becomes a mother and has a baby to take care of, and so the scared lady comes to be a little braver in that aspect and using her Broom and makes the lizard step out of the room.

All of these age groups are scared of the lizard and always have a common reaction and words which states, “Lizard can fall or can crawl.”

Boys on the other hand be it any age group are never seen scared of lizards, either they pretend or actually they aren’t scared. Well, nothing more on this, exceptions are always there in this world.

Reason behind all these reactions is nothing that we are not aware of its in simple terminology “Appearance” and “reptile with varied breeds”. Appearance on other hand all I believe can be deceptive too.

So the basic common problem this summer is rising lizards in the homes. So keep them away from girls or you have a heavy entertaining day ahead.

Keep Moving..

It’s been long since I thought I can actually write something...but to the actual fact of life. Today it just all started when I read one of my followers email after years. I never thought in my life I will be inspired to write again....

Today it gives me immense pleasure to pen down my thoughts once again. It’s always been a great sense of achievement within me, when I knew there are people who eagerly wait for me to write. To my fault I left things far behind and just kept walking ahead.

All those years, I never turned back and even made an effort to read what all I ever wrote. There was a sheer sense of disappointment within me after losing my mother. Nothing kept moving for me except my work. With a sense of responsibility I just kept going without giving a pause to myself. Failing to understand the essence of time for oneself - I lost the most precious time. Wherein, I lost another friend and a way of expressing my thoughts.

Well I can’t get back the lost time. All I can do is try and start capturing my thoughts once again…

 

 

Biggest Ever Change - -LIFE

Enchanting, Exuberating, Joyous, Gleaming, Magnificent, Distinct, Disillusioned, Dynamic are some big good words about our so called LIFE. Unlike few big great words; Life at small is a cluster of all good and evil.


Life is nothing but a small vicious circle of happiness and sorrows, smiles and tears, love and hatred.

All of this seems to be like philosophies or prophesies. But true fact is that Life is full of positives and negatives, if it is enchanting then it can be disgusting too. It’s all how you take life. If life can be magnificent then it can be sore too. It is all on how we treat life.

Life is truly like a Cardiac monitor display filled with zigzags. The only difference is that a cardiac monitor is observed by a doctor and our life by us. The zigzags are the paths of life which are filled with anxiety, anger, smile, frustration, irritation, love, affection and many phases. Just live each and every moment of life without any thought. .Coz time never comes back.

It is on oneself how magnificent, vibrant, beautiful or other ways stinging life can be. Life is what you make it. So just fill all those saddy moments with smiles and keep going in this so called LIFE which makes you sense every feeling at all levels.

Realization

With a weird realization of pouring in my thoughts onto this doc makes me somehow filled up with an anxiety, excitement and a wonder with why am I doing it?


But there are some people in this earth who actually want me to vomit my thoughts and draft in an article which talks about me and human psychology. The word human psychology seems to be weird when I talk about writing or pouring in thoughts but a change within me is making me get into this so called word Analysis.

With all my regards and speechless expression I thank the people around me especially the ones who made me vomit up my thoughts with a realization that yes this is what I need to do..

PERCEPTION !!!

Listen First before ASSUMING

Being judged on every pretext, will never be liked by anyone. But being a human we cannot stop our perceptions. We judge the people by their action, attitude, behavior, looks etc. I never thought people will observe me very minutely but the fact is people start creating a perception in their mind.

The word perception always begins with the minutest of thoughts like the other person is always busy on phone probably person is going around with someone, the person is quiet he/she is throwing attitude, person hangs out more with opposite gender people that person isn’t good. Etc.

There are lot many things which happen around us and we create an impression about it based on our judgments. Each individual is aware of what to do when and how. The fact is that life is different at different stages, when you are in college you tend to react more like a youngster who is not bothered about anything. While you start working your life changes, there are lots of changes that happen within you. But people around you don’t stop assuming about you and the changes that happen within you.

Each individual has a different personality at different places or similar personality at different places. It’s all about that attitude and its reflection that we get about the other person.

Perception is nothing but the process of attaining awareness or understanding of the environment by organizing and interpreting sensory information.

This insight about anyone can cause lot of problems and things fall bad.

Without knowing the actual facts, adjudicating is BAD.

U may say PERCEPTION… PERCEPTION….PERCEPTION….Why the hell is it happening?

Understand the environment, sense what is happening and clear your facts. Don’t just ASSUME all the time.

Life Is Nothing But An Instructional Manual!

When we talk about describing our everyday life we usually work according to a laid routine.

Very lately I realized its nothing more than a step by step instructional manual to our body. Working days in a normal human life are similar and monotonous. Almost 90% among us follow a similar patterned lifestyle. A normal human tendency only goes apart of the monotonous routines on weekend or some exceptional days may be a festival or a vacation, which I feel is also planned and is done in a repetitive fashion.

Our human psychology is set with an immovable lifestyle and mindset. We try not to change it and work on similar lines as we always do. So, we follow a pattern of life which starts like an instructional manual.

A normal week day generally starts with a step-wise life. May be for a working woman, it’s much more stressful and systematized like a laid routine than anyone can think about.

For example: Life for a working woman in normal weekdays goes this way:

Step 1> Get up, and then get into the kitchen.

Step 2> Cook breakfast, pack lunch for everyone.

Step 3> Run after the maid to get the rest of the house work done.

Step 4 > Send kids to school, if any. Keep running to get all the tasks completed.

Step 5> Get ready and leave for the office.

Step 6> Reach office, say hello to everyone and then kick start your work by seeing your emails.

Step 7> Work the entire day at office, have a lunch break in between eat food and then get back to work.

Step 8> Office is over back to HOME.

Step 9> Cook food for everyone at home, plan things for next day at home and work.

Step 10> Go to sleep.

A normal workday life of a woman surrounds mostly around the 10 steps above.

Well let’s not generalize everything to women or all men will feel biased about it. Not just women even men are use to a static routine in their life, for them there is a little scope of getting a break on every Friday when they can party with friends but most of them do not party and stick to their usual chores of work and mundane.

At the end normal life is nothing but a repetitive user guide to our body...

Don’t you think we require a change from this instructional life and a monotonous mundane?

Blogging after an year..

People always think about why do some people waste time in blogging or writing something absurd and post online.

But those who actually write take some time out of their busy schedules to express or write about the thoughts that ponder in their mind, it matters a lot. It’s been almost more than a year when I blogged, but in this year there were many moments where I thought I would write about something and could not do, coz of my hectic schedule.

But for me there are numerous things to write on like inflation, our poor railway system, or about the vicious circles of job life.

With a lot to write about I here be begin my writing again after a break…
But don’t expect a lot too many … I am still trying to get back to the mode..

There ia always a begining to the reality of life. Learning about your own self can take you to a long journey of life. Every week the first day of week starts we call it Monday Morning Blues. But its all in our mind, actually its your thoughts that makes you think its monday the tough day after a weekend. But once you actually start working all your blues just go away.

Similar, when its friday and about to weekend, just doesnt feel like working. humm so thats our mind and thoughts. There is no friday or monday its all in your mind. so lets get back and take everday as a challenge. Life itself is a challenge and puzzle but it works as you think, it moves as you feels like.
Life is a big experience, move in your life with your inner strength and knowledge, do what you decide. If you cannot apply your knowledge or decsions in your life then it becomes difficult to handle life.

Your inner strength makes you go easy or hard. Your mind is what takes you move to every step of your life.....
No one can force you to mould your decisions or change your ways its just your thoughts.............

so lets smile and rock life....

Almost Rs. 7000 crores scandal. 7 Jan 09 great sad day for SAtyam as well as the Indian Economy.

Well we all don't know how life moves to all the unexpected ways..
It hadn't been a along time to the fall of the US Economy with main banks going bankrupt leaving US Economy into again a depression after 1920..
With too many things going on Obama came in as President and started working with his strict policies. Again gave a major thrust to the Indian Economy.
Discouraging outsourcing...putting hefty tax on outsourcing...

Outsourcing was what Indian IT domain is leading on with loads of callcentres working for US.

Resulting in another fall in the Indian Economy. Almost all the small units of call centres has been shut down Leaving many jobless. Where many companies are shut down many are driving there employess to cost cutting in companies or simply cutting down there salaries to minimum.

Many companies are finding ways to throw there permanent employees out coz the processes that came from US are taken back because of the new outsourcing policies and depression..

Well this all was not yet over that are Top short IT company Satyam gave us a big news. A great start for a New Year..
Ramalingam Raju gave us a new shock of approximately Rs. 7000 crores scam. Well don't know what will happen to him. But what to those who are working there and are almost prepared to be thrown out.
Out of 53,000 of total employees almost 45,000 are there now. A big shock for the company as well as the Indian Economy. where Satyam shares are day by day falling in market 85% fall in the share of a company is something big. Now what about this most trusted company which won many awards.
Well evrything is in the hands of GOD.

Thats what are DESTINY actually is and we really cant struggle with it.
So lets Enjoy what we have got rather than cribbing for what we dont have..

COZ many like us are struggling for survival of JOBS and their families..
SO enjoy..and face the unpredicted part of life.

Delhi Police, "With you for you always."

Well is this a quote by Delhi Police or a saying?

A true fact says, one reaches to the police post after a lot of hardships but after reaching there people have to face a lot of hardships dealing with them.

Well here are two separate incidents relating to Delhi Police lets have a look.


One day a girl lost her mobile phone on her way to home. Like a responsible citizen she informed the nearest Police station that her cell is stolen and is in a working condition. But to there usual reply they did not took any action and asked the girl to submit an application with her mobile details.

After requesting them to file an FIR, she was told that they just provide a stamp on application; as you just need to retrieve the same mobile number. And the matter got dumped. And to her bad fate she accepted loosing her mobile phone costing Rs. 10,000/-. But do you think she will ever come back to this police station. Thinking she will get justice!


NO. I don't think so. Never.

To our next take is another girl. On a beautiful evening a girl got out of her home to do her regular chores. For her purchases she withdrew some money from the ATM. And then goes a dramatic scene.

Moving out from the ATM a little boy traced her and in the middle of the road snatched her wallet and ran away. This brave girl chased him to a long distance until the public realized what was going on and helped her to get hold of the thief. After a lot of effort she got her wallet and money back. But she never wanted the same thing to repeat again with anyone else so she called up 100 and asked the police personnel to come and arrest the culprit.


But that clever thief started crying immediately as it was his regular part of job. People near by made him sit waiting for the police to arrive. But her efforts were in vain and until 10 minutes there was no police in sight. The thief was also carrying a bottle of drugs with him and started vomiting immediately. Seeing this girl got scared. And public asked her to leave saying they will handle the police.

But our Delhi Police made no appearance up till 20 minutes after which we really don't know what happened just that thief ran away as he was a small child and use to do this on regular basis.

Who is concerned about taking care of public. What about their motto; which says we stand for you.

Well these are two small incidents.

Now here are some questions.

How safe and comfortable we are with Delhi Police presence?

What are they doing to take care of the public?

In their presence itself why there is a rise in burglaries?

I really don't have an answer then how the motto says "With you for you always." Where are they when we need them or when we think they should be in action?

Too many questions but who will give the answers?

These are two small incidents, like these girls there are many who loose a lot of things regularly. They are too many things happening all around us. But who is taking care?

We have too many news related to thefts today but at the end; all is just dumped in files. In the past few years there had been a steady increase in number of thefts, chain snachings and muggery. But what role is Delhi Police playing to help public.

Or they are enjoying their positions and waiting for the festive time to come and extract money from public.

Right from the childhood I have always thought Police is here to protect us but as i grew up looking at what type of protection we have, I think NONE, period.

Find an artist in yourself!

Thinking about art! What is the first thing that appears in your mind?
A Painting, music, statute or any literary work!

Well all of us when think about art just take it in aspect of painting or sculpture making. Art is not always stuck to one thing. It is creativity. It is imagination but it is not junk.

Imagination has no limit. It encircles the world. It is not scarp it is a creativity which can be seen. The only difference exists between a human or an artist is! Art is a profession for an artist and art is enjoyment for human being. But each one of us has art inside us. Every individual is an artist in itself.

We think only an artist can imagine the beautiful pictures. That’s not so. We are similar to them its just he has that uniqueness in him. And he has chosen it as his profession.

Art is not a show or fun. It is a profession for some and hobby for many. It is always interesting. I am not an artist by profession but still I love it. I love watching paintings, admiring someone dancing, beautiful sculptures and wonderful writers too. I am fond of beautiful paintings.

It is not my profession; it’s just my interest that keeps me busy and diverted towards art. When I am free I make paintings, read books.

Why don’t people try & find an artist in themselves. Art is beneath us, it is really not difficult to find. Each one of us has an artist inside with a wide imagination running over all the time. May be you are a designer, a good cook, painter, writer etc. It is we who discriminates.

Art is inside us just watch it encircle the whole world with your imagination.

Do you want to spend life with a stranger?

India has a long tradition of arrange marriages and so it’s going on till today.

The social structure & culture in India is such that when people think about a wedding it’s always an arrange marriage in mind. Love marriage for Indians is still a boom like the time of Soni- mahiwal. Indians never supported love marriages whole heartedly.

For Indians it’s really tough to accept a love marriage when its inter caste marriage (leave apart the religion- that is a big issue for them). Although education & media has played a very vital role in changing, the minds of Indian about their tradition of arrange marriages. But still deep down in their mind there is always a hand against love marriages.

Today, almost 50 % of people still very strongly believe in arrange marriages. And the rest 30% out of 50% supports love marriages just for their children happiness.

So very few of 20% Indians support love marriages happily.

But I still have some questions in my mind?

How can you decide about spending your life with someone who is a stranger?

How can one judge a person in just 5- 10 minutes of time?

I personally feel that when you have decided to spend life together it is important for you to know the person. There should be mental compatibility and understanding among both of you.

How can one get married to a person just talking for 5 minutes?

In case of arranged marriages the relation starts when the girl and the boy get to know each other in a meeting before the final commitment. Before deciding anything the parents do up with their number of meetings and important family checks.

All those formal meetings and hell lot of show-ups; what does all this matter when things are certainly different in future.

I personally believe, if you know somebody before marriage it allows partners to have better respect and understanding for each other's needs and desires.

People feel one is more secured in arrange marriages, as parents decide everything and confirms everything before the marriage. How can one be so sure that things seen & checked are true? Many of times things changes after marriage.

What is the guarantee of a arrange marriage to be more successful than love marriage?

It hurts and it hurts terribly when expectations are belied, when emotions get trampled and you feel cheated and ignored.

Then I should certainly say it’s all self affirmation that makes us think this way.

Why can’t we Indian make arrange marriage as easy to understand as a love marriage? Why cant two people spend some time together to understand each other well before their marriage decision?
How can a person think of spending life with a stranger?

It’s hard to understand this concept. People have a belief get married love will come following it. That’s a forceful love. One has to adjust even if both of your opinion doesn’t match with each other.

In my opinion in arrange marriages, if we can’t give time to understand each other than hats off to those people who go for love marriages. At least they will never have a grudge in their life, that they married a stranger. They married a person who they understand and know well.

They took time to come to a decision called marriage.

Marriage is not a joke it’s a life time commitment. It’s a matter of two person’s life, which can be beautified or made hell just with a wrong decision.

This is my take what about you...Are you ready to marry to a stranger?

When thoughts become to be our wishes each one of us have enormous number of wishes, gradually growing day by day. But what if it is a technical innovation wish..

Technology has reached heights but what I desire is a technical innovation wish in my life.
So, let me tell you my only innovating wish..

Wishes are many but a technically innovating wish is something special. People from Microsoft always strive to reach to the higher versions in Linux there dreams & desire is always to reach there technicalities on new heights. Unlike Internet Explorer has reached to higher version of Internet Explorer 7.0. Technology always welcomes you with something new.

So today you need to write your technological innovation wish..
Whether it’s of a robot handling all the home affairs or an automatic button to stop the world and let me play my part on my own too many thoughts to be thought and there goes your dream

Life is to make your dream come true and today when I am given a chance to express a technological innovation. I would say there should be an automatic button which when required should be switched on and makes the time stable.

Time runs faster than we can imagine. I need a stop on the time whenever I feel like. I need a button which stops the time whenever I feel like. There are times when we want to stop the time & enjoy the moment. There are times when we fear the future results and think why time can’t stop.

I want an innovation which makes the time move on when I want to. At least, I will be able to live the moments I always crave for.

Life shows us varied faces and few of them are those which we always strive for. So my technical desire is an automatic button which stops the time when I say and starts as I wish. Although I can very well understand that it would make life really boring (monotonous) when time would stop, but it’s always good to enjoy those moments more which makes you smile.

My wish is time what’s yours??

Our Fake Business That Risks Your Future

We all are very well aware of the increasing unemployment in our country.
With a rise in BPO's and KPO's in India lot of youth after class 12 or say graduation are diverging more towards pursuing call centre jobs just to earn money.
Lucrative Packages, incentives, timely bonus makes them go crazy for pursuing call centre jobs, rather than pursuing their career in some professional field. There starts the new story of jobs and its attraction to the students who are just higher secondary passed and how are they used for business!!!
Yes these students who get attracted towards the lucrative packages in the industry are caught in hands of all those consultants who are using them as a part of their business.

Well we might not think in our imagination that what’s going on..
To let their consultancy business run well these consultancies are providing fake certificates to students. Providing duplicate proofs that students are graduates and experienced.

Its just not fake certificates they provide to theses students more or less they are playing with there future. For a fresher who is undergraduate a sum of Rs. 10,000/- month is a huge amount where there monthly pocket money from there parents does not exceed more than Rs. 2,000/- per month.

Almost around 70% of employees (students) working in BPO’s are working with such fake certificates provided by consultancies. The question that arises here is what right do they have to play with the student’s future?

Rapid transition in job industry through the commencement of BPO’s had made a lot of change. Gradually students or professionals are more or less found in BPO’s pursuing jobs. Some of them are innocent who are there to earn there livelihood and many among them are those from theses consultancies just to pursue a job for 2 months or 3 months in lieu to earn good money.

The lucrative packages and incentives makes them earn more and attracted towards such jobs; but what is the professional stand these jobs are providing?
Too many questions have arisen but still there is no answer…
Where is this world leading towards …A vast destruction and full of corruption..With a crave for money people have got to be very selfish day by day.

What everyone sees from eyes is just money and different ways to earn that whether by getting a job by fake certificates or providing fake certificates to run there business well.

How high is the price of a paying guest & food outside home?

As admissions in Delhi University are on set again. There goes up the price of rented room accommodations. Think of staying as a paying guest; you are welcome to the world of problems at your end.

This is the time when rented rooms price goes up especially in the campus areas in Delhi. Where price of a bed varies from Rs. 2,000/- - Rs.6, 000/-. It is just a bed not bed and actually it is not even bed it is a place on the floor where u can make your bed.

It is a specially designed package for the students and office goers. If you pay for your bed you ought to pay for many other things. Here goes the rise in budget.

In this multi thought package everyone in the campus area is included right from landlord, tiffin service, grocery store and many other stores.

‘Kabhi chote thai toh mummy kehti thi beta bache ho dukandar thag lega’. Seems a dream has come to reality. These shopkeepers and our dear Mr. Landlord is no less in squeezing money from your pockets. But all your good luck you have to welcome the high the pack of problems and load of money.

But no compromises to our studies & fun in life. Still manages to smile and enjoy life. To adding on to your pains there are some special people landed on from Bihar region. To be correct almost 90% of the campus areas are filled with our dear Bihari’s who have come to Delhi with a high aim of becoming an IAS officer.

If I am not wrong if 60 % of Bihar turns out to be IAS officers then I think the literacy rate of Bihar will rise drastically. And this would be the real end to the problems of LALU ji and Rabri Ji. But why are we talking about them leave them off; one will go mad talking about them. But actually to an extent these are the right people to tackle with our Mr. Landlord who creates loads of problems for us.

Well our problem package is a very exciting package; with scarcity of water in your PG and not anywhere else and especially at your most hard working & enjoyable days. How can you forget stupid people! You are here to work not to enjoy and relax. So get going and start your work on Saturday –Sunday too.

Delhi being a metropolitan does not leave its residents without water for too long but we do at every weekend. Does anyone know the answer? Yes I do because our dear MR. Landlord takes the motor plug off and say there is no water. And you relax and take a chill pill now.

But what does he think that will be the end a big NO. We are clever people we go on terrace and get water from their water tank. Gud na..Well but now he has got aware about this and he has locked his water tank..

Very bad people in Delhi they need to lock up their water tanks on terrace. ‘Arey chor tanki utha kar nahin le gate hain…’

Poor people have no other choice apart from getting up early on weekends too.

With a complete package there goes the water problem, electricity bill problem, and not to forget the cleanliness and fooding problem.

Many of us think getting Tiffin for fooding is a very good option. In hindi we call it as ‘sasta sundar tikau’ but in English we will say that tiffin is merely hopeless. Is that really called as food, I don’t think so. I go mad seeing that food where rice are raw and chapattis are dry and not to forget the hot boiling water dal and mast mix veg.

Amazing delicious food; which is not even liked by our street dogs? Let’s go away my favorite Tiffin service with beautiful cockroaches.

One should be very dutiful to their landlord when it comes to their work. When they use electricity as a paying guest you should divide the total electricity bill into each one and pay to relive off their burden. ‘Big thieves.’

If we take into account our verty own Mr. landlord is earning a handsome sum of money about more than 20,000/month from the rent of a small bed place of 14 girls. And to his privilege we are there to pay an electricity bill of Rs. 400/month for 1 cooler in summers and Rs.500/moth for 1 heater in winters. Great going and great earnings.

Wonderful business na..

I think in future I should buy a house and put it up on rent. A handsome earning. Maintenance bhi free hai.

Badiya hai.

Chalo abhi no more to accommodation lets go and think how to work out with our plan.

Here comes the daily morning newspaper and the headlines talk about the troubling BRT corridor.

From not less than a week since the trials and the beginning of work in BRT corridors the trouble is growing more day by day. So, here comes a great deal of work just to overcome with the big fuss of this corridor. The government is spending Rs. 200 crore on constructing a fly-over to get a solution for the Problem of BRT corridor.

That shows the right budget allocation by our democratic government to improve the traffic conditions in the city.

With the construction of the corridor we are certainly left with a deep cry. A chain of accidents and long hours traffic jams are causing a lot of trouble to the public. Recently, a Delhi state corporation crashed into the narrow BRT corridor bus shelter.

Fortunately no one was injured, as almost two minutes before the bus arrived pedestrian way was found crowded with people.

With a view at the bus driver side, the driver blames the brake fail and crashing of bus stand on the faulty corridor designs. Can anyone imagine what if the bus shelter was found crowded? God knows who is really to be blamed the government, designers, constructers or the bus driver?

But are government is still determined to make the BRT corridor work at any cost, The Delhi government is considering the option of building a clover leaf flyover at chirag dilli. This project may cost the government a whopping Rs200 Crore.
But still none is sure that this whopping amount of Rs200 crore would really serve as a solution to the BRT corridor mess.

ATTRITION RATE

Beside Innovative HR practices and many policies for employees the Attrition Bug has spread its wings all over the IT industry. Companies are continuously seeing the rise in number of outgoing employees than the incoming. There is a dearth of skilled workers in the industry. Employees today are just looking for a better remuneration, work satisfaction, good brand name and employee satisfaction policies etc.

Big companies are facing this as a perennial problem today where demand for high salary is more prevalent in IT companies.

Rise in attrition rate may lead to many problems in a company be it for a HR of company or work structure of company. At an immediate end it raises the cost of recruitment and training the new employee. Along with various losses like rise in no. of errors, client satisfaction goes down with error rise, speed of work gets slow and all this result in loss of client trust which is the main fact for a company to achieve success.

What everyone works for is success & profit. And companies can’t afford loosing their clients just at the cost of high attrition rate in company. The question then arises is why is there rise in attrition rate?

Through a survey report the immediate reason for an employ leaving a job is his/her immediate supervisor/manager, the discomfort in atmosphere and finally the rise in salary which every deserving would expect to rise as a part of the encouragement and performance.

Apart from this there are many who would just like to change their job due to the immense measure of dirty office politics growing around. Many don’t want to be involved in this dirt and just enjoy work then why are they being pushed into this trauma of politics just because they are the part of the company.

Companies today are pressurizing their employees to work on Saturdays and complete the targets as some of their colleagues have resigned and the targets for them have risen high. This is the real truth of IT industry. An employee should understand the work constraints but does a company have rights to overload someone with work?

The ultimate result will be new attrition. Is the company prepared for this too?

A company should think about its employees their dedication in work and encourage them by rewarding them and appreciating them for a good performance.

It’s tough for Indian IT companies to meet the new employee demands and also the salary level of multinational counterparts. Indian IT industry requires a change where an open suggestion and feedback should be there rather than the age old hierarchal process which dumps the matters and facts at the place creating grudges between colleagues.

Lest it’s really very easy to find the causes and facts of attrition but we need to find solution to the rising attrition rate which is affecting the Indian IT industry at a very large scale.

One should think of employee’s interest and facilities which creates a comfortable zone for a person to work. The one elusive luxury that every employee tries to find in life is a Work-Life balance. And if he/ she achieve that then the attrition rate would go down to nearly half right at this moment…
