The appropriate and the right word to be used for the Blue-line buses is Killer Buses. No less than this.

Took almost 127 lives last year and with a year starting almost took 16 lives crashing many under it.
It is just not a play which is played for fun but it is real life. Ask those families who have lost their husband, son, father, daughters, and mothers just because of these buses & drivers.

Forgetting about the factual information it just clarifies as rash driving what about those who purposely do that. There are many bus drivers who doesn't match to the government norms and who are illiterate and just for their fun hit scooter & motorcycle drivers.

Is this just hit & run? Or in better words to say a ‘Hit & trial game’ whatsoever it all certainly connects to lives which the government seriously needs to consider about these buses and bus drivers.

Ask those who are losing their family members?
Ask those who are now on roads?
Ask those who have got widow?
Ask those who have lost their only earning member of the family?
What punishments do they grant to these people who take others life as fun…

Really need to find and answer…Isn’t it!

DOES EDUCATION REQUIRE ALL CHANGES AT LAST MOMENT..

Thousands and lakhs of students are ready to go for boards almost every year. and this time of year they strive hard to study and make a place in their heart.

Loads of pressure and struggle with books. where at this time of the year a sudden announcement from CBSE boards come out....

20% exam will be analogical. And the fear grew hard that at this end of year when they are prepared with the provided format what are they going to work with this new theory.
Is it right to torture students at this time...with such declarations.?

At one end things are set easier for children to score more & much better inspite of growing competition. And on the other hand last moment declaration takes them into emmense pressure and load.
Competition is purely academic but still the pattern doesn't require a lst moment change. These changes can be provided to students in the begining of session so that they can go through the facts at the initiation stage itself.
Children can go into depression with such last moment declarations, to avoid such conclusions i suppose Governement needs to keep a check on last minute declarations.

Is marketing more valuable than customer satisfaction?

Indian society today is filled up with loads of private banks. But Is this rush of private banks is for name?

Yes, It does seem so…
Today, when I am the bearer of a problem I am writing but this is not just that I am facing a problem with them. There are many who are fed up with these private banks services. It is not just you and me we are many.

Presently everyone thinks about marketing how to market there product or brand name well. It is just to promote their name and they are doing so at a very high rate.

People have high promises while marketing but when it comes to practicality the beginning is marvelous but gradually things start deteriorating more & more.

Something very similar happens here with our ICICI bank which was no less in making a grand position in the market. But there is just one fact that they are continuing to promote them but the service has deteriorated a lot. It is just not me, who says this but there are many more in this queue that have grudges with these banks but doesn’t take any action against them.

But is this justifiable?

I am a customer of the bank and I have made a payment for a credit card through a cheque deposited in the bank I received an email with a payment received written in it and then to a sudden change I got a mail at the last due date of cheque to be returned with no reasons. There were really sufficient funds in the bank. Where at the end I made a stop payment of the cheque and proceeded the payment through phone banking. And now to my shocking surprise I have received a mail with a fine and service tax too. But to my most interesting aspect I still don’t know the cause or reason of the return of cheque on which this fine and service tax is imposed. I owe an answer from the bank people at least. Why am I paying this amount and for what reason?

This is a small example where I am the sufferer but here there are many sufferers in front of me who are quiet and trying to understand what’s going on or those who are really too busy to understand all these things because the customer care executive says you are in queue….

So, the question again comes…
Is marketing more precious than customer satisfaction? Or Customer satisfaction does not hold any value?
