Words fall short.....

There are times in life when words do fall short !

Words are the perfect means of communication. A communication of expression and feelings. Words are very powerful...

But still there are times in your life when words really fall short. Times, when one wants to say a lot but is not able to just because of some reasons. There comes a time when silence speaks. Yes, I am right silence do speaks but it really needs an understanding. The understanding that can be done by your dear ones and near ones.

As a writer I can really say words matter a lot. Words are no less than a tactic or a strategy; which can turn and twist your life in just a few seconds. Words have a lot of power and strength. The strength that can shake down the world. But still words do fall short sometimes....

Some times there are occassions when you want to say, but you are in a dilemma that; 'Whether I should speak or not or Is it the right time to say?'

Few moments, few occassions, few expressions makes silence comes its way. People generally say, 'Silence does not matter and has no power."

Mind you silence is no less powerful than words. Yes, I do agree that people take silence in a wrong direction coz it can only be understood by the ones who understands you by your heart.

Especially your Mom who is close to you.. Mom who knows what her child wants to say, or rather is not able to say..

There is just a need of perfect company or partner to understand the silence... It can be your Mom, Dad, Friend, Sister, Brother, Husband or Wife, whoever but it is always the dear ones who understands you the most.

But there are many among us, who hide themselves under there masti and jokes, that is another way of an unsaid silence..

It is the silence which needs a depth reading of mind and heart.

The silence which can be understood from deep down your hearts and expressed. Few words and thoughts does not need an expression they are understood on their own.

Silence speaks and speaks a lot but words fall short too....
Just a need to understand those words..
Those who really can understand these words are the luckier ones...

'Compromises' word itself does not sound so good to anyone. But a true fact of life is that Life is full of compromises. Life is never stagnant and never a merry go round with fun and frolic around. It is a real combination of spice, bitter, sour and sweet tastes all together. But to change the taste of life one really needs to make a lot of compromises just to enjoy every mood of life.

Compromises is more or less like the food we like to have and one we don't like to have. It all depends on taste but one needs to adjust with different tastes of life and there arrives a compromise. For some this change of taste is 'usual cup of tea' and for some it's 'a hell lot of effort' to be done.

But compromises word sounds as if it is too heavy. And exactly the same it is the heaviest part of life. It is that part of life, which takes a lot of time to be adjusted with; but no worries for some it's too much and for some it's just very little effort.

It also matters how do you take compromises in your life. Whether you take it lightly or you take it as a big bundle of burdens.

A lot of description about compromises now let's just criticize compromises in life.

It's all well but why do people around you force to make you more compromises in life. When they know you easily set to compromises why do they want you to adjust to their ways?
Why is always a force to the one who really adjusts with everyone?

This is just an exploitation. If the person on the oppossite side is not speaking it really does not mean that he/ she should be forced to make such compromises. After all there is a life for that person too. There are some dreams in his/ her life too.

There are few dreams that everyone wants to fulfill in his/ her life and many among us are not letting that dreams come true just by forcing compromises unknowingly and knowingly.
It is really understood to a point that life has varied tastes and divisions, but these are also meant to be lived and enjoyed to the utmost; just not always compromising.

Compromises. Compromises I am really fed up with the word compromises in life...
When can these compromises end?
Can anyone tell me that !
Or does anyone have a answer that How can these compromises come to an end?

But at the end still I would like to conclude that 'Life is full of murky compromises'.

In India the proud country of ours we really have many aspects to talk about and Justice is another aspect which links directly to the development of the country.

Justice as we can say is really very poor in our country whether it be Jessica Lal case or Sanjay Dutt case or what in current we can talk about is Upphar Cinema Tragedy.
Talking about the Upphar tragedy it's really been 10 years to the tragedy and where is the justice to the family members who have suffered and lost there dear ones. Why can't our law makers solve the cases on time. And now when it was about to be over and verdict was to be completed again it has been postponed for a month due to incompletion of papers. Is 10 years time less to complete all the paper work?

How much do our government and law makers to file up the papers of any case I don't think it should take them more than a month or two.
But the question arises here is why it's taking a lot of time (years) for our lawmakers to give decision on the case? 10 years is a pretty long time to change anyone's life. Think about those families who are still sticked to the death of their dear ones and are not able to come out of it just because the case is going on and it still makes them remember that they have lost there dear ones in this tragedy. And makes them realize that the justice to their dear one is still on hold pinching them hard and hard.

The government do not understand emotions but whether this 10 years ahead justice is real JUSTICE? or this justice is a punishment for those who are the sufferers?

Yes, according to me this Justice is not relevant because on culprits side 10 years is a pretty long time to save himself/herself and live his/her life.

If we try and compare our law procedures with the foreign countries law procedures we are pretty laid back and living in past.

But if we want to live and lead our country into development then why can't we make up things on time especially the law making procedures or law decisions.

It is a real Justice denied to those who are suffering and a good chance for the culprits to save themselves.

So what's your opinion? Is it right to take 10 years for justice to be given to anyone?

Interviews...Isn't it a great experience...

Interviews.....
It sounds a bit energetic at the first but them after sometime its a usual frightening dilemma.
Interviews is not at all similar for everyone. for some it is another fear of appearing in front of someone and replying nervously. And for many it is just a game which they passes by making fun of the interviewer and the company policies. There are very few people who take interviews seriously.
Interviews can really be a real turn & twist to the career and life.

Taking and giving interviews is not an easy task. It is a challenge to both the sides to give the best and other way it is to select the best.

Why not all the interview procedures be the same?
Companies have it depending on their own criteria.

• Some of them take two rounds and some take 5 -6 rounds to select a candidate for the desired profile.
• Some have psychometric tests to know the psychology of the candidate.
• Some give general ability test. and so on..

But it is really not the end of the day... more ahead with technical rounds and then after clearing it the Final dilemma.

Or we can also call it the final interface of the new path..

But is it so easy to reach to the final rounds of an interview no it isn't for many but for few they have a courage to reach there and win the situation. It is all a game of confidence at first and then the knowledge and then skills and lastly the package or money one desires to get and is paid after a long compensation round with the head of the department.

Appearing for a interview is a real game of Courage...Confidence and Caliber.

People easily ask you why are you looking for a job change so early; but mind you who would like to leave a work environment which you are settled in..where you know people around you and understand the process of working and office culture. But to the ones who really have courage to move ahead and enhance skills and knowledge in their part and who doesnt want to get stuck to a similar kind of job all the life getting bored and craving for a rise every year or so...job change and interview plays a vital role.
It needs a lot of courage to move out from the work environmrnt you are working in and settled and very few have that courage to move ahead and face the long procedures of interviews again & again and even face rejections at times. But that is not the end faliure is always a part of life. When there will be no faliure how will success taste so good.
To feel the taste of success one have to cross many hurdles and faliures to keep moving and try- try and try again.


So lets stop fearing Interviews and lets come out of this Interview Phobia and move ahead in life. A way towards the success with Confidence, Courage and Calibre to prove oneself.
